This day, an overall trend of world economic is economic globalization. Economic activities in the modem history take more and more areas involved relative to the past period. It can be said that economic activities make the world to become a "global village". It is undeniable that the process of the logistics industry to provide a basis for the conditions. From William Petty, Adam Smith and others began to discuss the transportation of economic development. William Petty, showed the Netherlands as an example to demonstrate the navigation and water transportation to facilitate on a country's wealth accumulation plays a significant and important role; Adam Smith also pointed out that the initial economic activity is always in the transport; logistics activities make exchange possible, and expand the market. Modern logistics industry included more than the transportation function, but on principle, these can still be the guiding role. It is precisely because of the development of the logistics industry or the transport industry, which makes the world's resources and products exchanged rapidly low-cost, and makes globalization possible. Otherwise, if the exchange and transport still have to spend enormous human and material resources and much cost of time, economic globalization has greatly reduced the effect, and I am afraid the trade to other areas is still only happened in a small number of easily accessible areas.As the system, economy and cultural different between nations, economic globalization can not be achieved immediately .Recent years there is an important trend is that economic integration, regional integration. The international community, such as the European Union, the NAFTA (North American Free Trade Area) , and other economic zones, such as China's integration in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta integration, integration of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, integration of Daguanzhong, and so on. The first purpose of integration is to achieve the region's smooth allocation of resources, the factors included in the political and economic factors. The effects of the integration of the region have showed that it can reduce the cost of inter-regional flows and enhance the competitive strength.This article discussed the questions of Xi'an into a regional logistics center city in the context of integration of Daguanzhong. Regional integration can clear the barriers of institutions, and the development of the logistics industry can greatly enhance the regional capacity of the flow and the allocation of resources, but development of the logistics industry is not the only means of transport facilities construction, to a greater extent it relies on information system. Therefore, the region should have a central city to play a leading role in the region to improve and preserve of the system. This article showed the city in Daguanzhong must be Xi'an. The integration of the Daguanzhong is an opportunity for Daguanzhong and also an opportunity for Xi'an. Daguanzhong needs Xi'an to play its role; Xi'an is also the need of this opportunity.In this paper, the first and second parts are the Introduction and Literature Review, showed the research background and significance, and summarized the previous literature. The third part showed the relationship between the logistics, the logistics center cities and the regional economic, revealed the significance of Xi'an city become the regional logistics center to the Daguanzhong region. The fourth part showed an analysis of the logistics situation in the Daguanzhong region, made an index system, and used factor analysis to classify the cities the areas on the level of logistics.Then used the Granger causality test and flexibility test to study the relationship between the economic development and the logistics industry of Xi'an, revealed the need for Xi'an to develop of the logistics industry. The fifth part showed the feasibility of Xi'an to be a regional logistics center of Daguanzhong, from all angles, just like the location, transport facilities, logistics parks, the logistics needs of the economic, the logistics needs of industrial development, investment in terms of ability to point out that the advantages conditions of Xi'an, and analyzed its problems. Part six gave policy recommendations in connection with of problems and development trends in the logistics industry in the world.
