Ecological tourism, as a kind of ideal mode to realizethe sustainable development of tourism in xinjiang started late, but many of the scenicarea has entered in the initial stage of ecological tourism development, and as a leaderof xinjiang tourism scenic spot of kanas is no exception.Kanas is the first national5A-class tourist scenic spot, has a wealth ofeco-tourism resources. With the rapid development of tourism in Kanas scenic,yearsNumber of Tourists growing year by year, due to planning, leading to a seriousshortage of regional tourism infrastructure and capacities, environmental carryingenormous pressure; the scenic business management, there are also developmentgoals are not clear, the development of ideas is not clear, not standardized; same time,people pay more attention to the economic benefits of tourism activities, whileignoring the social and environmental benefits, resulting in Kanas has entered the firstdevelopment governance "tourism Development Model, ecological and environmentalproblems facing the region have become increasingly prominent, which poses aserious threat to to Kanas sustainable development.Based on the angle of tourists, tourism management departments and localresidents the three stakeholders, which relate to the knowledge of ecology, tourismand sustainable development theories, elaborated the Kanas scenic spot tourismdevelopment process and the status; granted to the questionnaires and interviews ofthe the scenic three major stakeholders and based on data analysis, we found out thereare many problems in the development of eco-tourism in Kanas that obstacle to thesustainable development of eco-tourism in the study area.Through investigation and research, the main problems affecting thedevelopment of eco-tourism in Kanas:（1） Tourism management department:management confusion of government department lead to unclear property right, itdamage to the interests of local residents and visitors directly; Inadequatemanagement measures, such as tourist season visitor density concentration can not beregulated in time and space.（2）Tourists: in7-9months, the number of touristsoverloaded seriously;, most of the tourists ecological awareness is strong withintourism activities, but scenic ecological damage is still more serious, consciousnessand actions do not match.（3）Local residents: due to get the economic interests, the local residents and tourism operators lost of strong protection consciousness forecological environment and national culture for scenic spot, in another word, it takeserious damage to the ecological tourism environment, a negative impact on thesustainable development of scenic spots.According to the above problem, the management should keep pace with TheTimes, renew the idea and perfect the legal system and management system for scenicspot, strengthen protection of ecological environmental, promote the sustainabledevelopment of scenic area; as tourists should be strengthen the consciousnesseducation and publicity about ecological environmental protection, prompting touristsecological consciousness and behavior is consistent, also should be taken to controlthe capacity of tourist reasonable measures; through publicity and education toencourage residents to participate in tourism development and obtain benefits, so thatthis helps to improve the ecological and environmental protection awareness.
