Complexity Of China's Current Reform Of Income Distribution

In recently thirty years, China has got the significant achievements in thesocio-economic development accompanying with the reform and the opening up. Asthe people’s living standard has risen up,the income distribution will arise someproblems,such as the distribution relationship in the complicated way,the inadequatesocial security system,the further widening gap of income distribution and theunequal distribution. These issues not only reduce the people’s enthusiasm in working,also greatly affected the healthy development of the social economy and the socialstability. In this crucial period of transition, how to make our social interestframework into a balanced and harmonious State has become the urgent problem thatleads us to study the complexity with the reform of the income distribution, and inthis way, as we turn the “cake” bigger and larger at the same time, we need a properway to do a “cake” event.This full articles have based on the textual research filing,assigning thedistribution chain as a starting point in the process. As for a further moment, we dobelieve that the complexities of the reform have been connected with Chinesecharacteristics. Tracing the train of thought, this article will be divided into four mainparts.The first part in this article is the introduction which introduces the significantbackground of topic selection, current research and some problems which will bearise. And the second part in this article mainly connected with theoretical analysis.Firstly, adopting the way of setting out three times in the complexity of allocationprocess,we can get the higher step by applying on the materialist dialectics whichdemonstrates the efficiency and fairness in the distribution chain of the relationshipbetween opposites; We should not unilaterally emphasize the fairness or the efficiency,and we need a way to achieve both unity in a dynamic balance. Secondly, accordingto these theoretical systems such as the distribution theory by Marxism, socialistcountries regarding to the income distribution early practice and exploratory dataanalysis of the income distribution system since China set up the reform and opening up system, it indicates that the distribution system is different in distinct periods, andduring the same period it reveals the different distribution system under the differentenvironmental conditions. The third part is the most important part of this article,through the description of the current situation of income distribution pattern, and youcan clearly consider that the existence of income distribution gap has affected us.There is a major cause of problems and challenges in the process via the analysis ofincome distribution in our country, indicating why the bad results in the reform of theincome distribution also exist. And then,we can research some effects on the analysisof income gap in China’s economic and social development furthermore. The forthpart in this article requires us to correctly understand the complexities of the reformof the income distribution, increasing disparities in the distribution of incomebetween different interest groups. The complicated interest relationship indicates thatwhy the income distribution reform performing more difficult. In response to thesechallenges and complexity, making basic ideas and objectives of the reform in theincome distribution, it’s necessary for us to bring forward the new patterns of incomedistribution in the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
