Research On The Relationship Between Fairness And Efficiency Of Income Distribution In China

The problem of income distribution is an important problem in China’s economicdevelopment and construction of a harmonious society.Fairness and efficiency is amajor task for our country’s income distribution system reform study. Handling therelationship between fairness and efficiency of income distribution has the greatsignificance to economic development and social construction of our country.In this paper, writer study the relationship between fairness and efficiency ofincome distribution in China,which based on the theory of fairness andefficiency.And Marx’s fair thought is the guidance of this paper. This paper introduceMarx’s fair thought system by analyzing its generated realistic conditions, theoryorigin,and basic content.On this basis, this paper discusses the historical evolution of the relationshipbetween fairness and efficiency of income distribution under the perspective ofMarx’s justice thought. It analyses the present situation and the essence and theimbalance of the relationship between fairness and efficiency of income distributionin China, points out the relationship between fairness and efficiency in the field ofincome distribution imbalance manifests the income gap between rich and poordifferentiation, is fair behind efficiency. The cause of justice is relatively backward inmany aspects, the market mechanism, economic development, regional and localtaxation system, analyzed the reasons for the imbalance between fairness andefficiency. At the same time, the negative economic and social effects of therelationship between efficiency and fairness imbalances generated is very obvious, therelationship between the two imbalances will hinder the economic and socialdevelopment, is not conducive to the realization of human freedom andcomprehensive development.Finally, this paper improve the income distribution system, standardize the orderof income distribution, establish a sound social security system in three aspects putforward the realistic path to promote the balanced development of fairness and efficiency in our country, trying to eliminate the negative impact of the relationshipbetween fairness and efficiency, and promote the benign interaction between theimbalance in fairness and efficiency to provide advice and assistance.
