Study On Developing Suggestion Of Logistics Industry In Shanghai City

The logistics industry recognize as "the third profit source" which apart from in the way of addition to decrease material consumption and increase productivity in the enterprises.Especially in recent years, the logistics industry as an emerging industry in China’s economic development, it has brought new growth point for economic. Therefore, with the introduction of China’s logistics theory has been hitherto unknown attention. In the year of2012, in the notice of " the Twelfth Five-Year Plan of development of modern logistics industry in Shanghai city", once again referred to the Shanghai city hall, the big meaningful of Shanghai to vigorously promote the development of modern logistics industry regarding the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of Shanghai city to becoming "innovation, driven, transformation, development" while speed up the "four first", accelerate the construction of "four centers".However, the development of logistics industry in Shanghai over a relatively short period of time, the existing management system and regulations do not adapt to the development needs of the modern logistics, and the lack of regional development planning. There is a gap between Shanghai and the development of the logistics industry in developed countries and regions neither the information technology nor the personnel trainings. Therefore, how to combine the actual situation of Shanghai city, give full play to its advantages, accelerate the development of modern logistics industry and promoting the city’s fast economic growth is becoming an important issue in front of us. This article is based on the Shanghai logistics industry development status of research, find out the existing problems while analyzing the problems, and put forward some countermeasures for the development of the logistics industry in Shanghai.
