Secondly, this research takes Shanghai as an example, on the basis of the the will that go on a tour to the disabled person in this city and on the foundation analyse to which disabled person visitors appraisal of facilities without hitch of scenic spot, analyse disabled person characteristic and the restrained factors, offer the correlated suggestion with the countermeasure in this basis and scientific basis for decision of the government department.It will improve the rate that the disabled person participates in travelling, promote the construction of harmonious travelling, and harmonious Shanghai further.
