Position System Optimization For Hunan Mobile Corporation Under Full-service Operation Environment

The modern corporation’s recognize of HRM has changed from personal management to human capital management. Human Resource has become the most important center competitive power. Position management is the premise of performance management、salary administration、ability model and all of the human resource management job, it has the direct effect of the company’s operation efficiency and competitive power.This article choose Hunan Mobile as case analysis, begin with how to adapt current All-Service operation and corporate strategic transition, use strategic management and Organizational Management correlation theory, first analysis the challenge of industrybackground and All-Service Operation; second, use questionnaire survey and interview to diagnose the problem of currentposition system to promote the center competitive power.
