Analysis Of Problem And Countermeasure Existing In Investment Promotion Of Regional Government

After a fast development of social division and social economy, investment promotion hastaken great achievements since China’s Opening-up Policy. In resent years, regional governmentsregard investment promotion as an important administration task, and play significant role in it.Xiangshan government has also got obvious achivements in its investment promotion during thepersistent development for many years, while met many problems and restrains.This thesis analyses problems met during the carrying out of investment promotion inXiangshan, states related reason, further definites avaiable contermeasure proved by pratice on thebasis of other sound ones raised by similar regional governments. This thesis deals with therefinement and deepen of above contermeasure, therefore to establish a correct guide for futurework.According to a compact research thought as "research current condition–find problems–analyse reason–raise contermeasure", this thesis states related theory of investment promotion atthe begining. After a simply introduction of three main modes, i.e. direct promotion, government-oriented promotion, and administration turning into services, this thesis states many newachievements obtained by regional governemnts in their daily investment promotion. Since theabsorbing of the first forein-invested enterprise in late1980s, Xiangshan government has got quickdevelopment in the promotion of foreign investment, new management ideas, scientific enterprisemanagement, advanced thchnology, professional talents and wide-spread markets, while metshortcomings and restrains in poor traffic, lacking of avaiable land resources an not-in-placegovernment services.In the past five years, devoting in finding new and available countermeasure by activeexploration and repeated practice, Xiangshan People’s Government has obtained certain effects, i.e.formulating practical industrial layout for further development, actively carrying out related workas choose investors before investment, creating excellent investment environment and building agroup of professional team to promote investment. Some of above contermeasure has been provedavaiable, which will be leading to refinement and deepen in this thesis.
