Career growth path refers to an employee’s career development plans. For enterprises,allowing companies to better understand the potential of employees; for employees, allowsemployees to focus on their future direction and worked. The career development plan calls foremployees, supervisors, and human resources departments to participate in the development. Staffto make their own interests and tendencies, in charge of staff performance assessment of thehuman resources department is responsible for assessing its future development is possible.Corporate design direction for staff career development paths are vertical, horizontal twodimensions, but the organizations are generally more concerned about the design of vertical careerpath. Manifestations are mainly vertical career path management job promotion and professionaljob promotion two paths, both of which only covers the main content vertical career path, in fact,also supported the main framework for the entire career path. The lateral career development pathsof staff is to assist and supplement to the vertical career path, but it is not optional, it constitutes acareer path and vertical interchange of staff career development paths, can not play a whole careerpath or lack of role.Plant employee career development from the current paths, the establishment of astandardized, institutionalized employee career development and deepening of the paths alsoneeds to explore, to break the original paths of "pay more attention on management", while thetransverse paths conversion process required specification. This article will be based on themanagement and content of corporate human resources in pursuing my MBA master’s degree inthe process of learning, a detailed analysis of the existing plant staff career development paths andimprove the disadvantages, hoping to explore a state-owned enterprise established under the newsituation the basic approach is generally applicable to career development path, increasing thecompetitiveness of enterprise employees.
