In recent years,"after80","90after" began to enter the labor market,gradually become thefoundation of enterprise development power,changed the structure of the enterpriseemployees. According to thedivision of generations of scholars at home and abroad, fromthe "60","70" staff, we will "after80","90after" employee called the new generationemployees. Because of the new generation employees bornafter the reform and open policy,greatly improve the material life,political, economic, and cultural changes, social, familyenvironment,resulting in the prominent characteristics of the new generation employeespersonality, self centred, it has great difference with60,70employees. In the face of modeof thinking and behavior characteristics of the new generation employees unique, enterprisemanagement concept and mode of traditional have been unable to meet the needs of newgeneration employee management, how to effectively manage the new generation ofworkers become the urgent issues.Psychological contract theory is originally a psychological concept, in twentieth Century60years gradually applied to organizational behavior,is used to explain the managementphenomenon. In this paper, based on the psychological contract theory, adopting themethod of empirical study, through questionnaires and interviews to understand theHubeiregional engineering machinery industry sales positions of Cenozoicemployees andorganization agent from the psychological expectations,salary and welfare, promotion,training, working environment, safety and the six aspects of ownership, organizationalphilosophy on both sides of the expectation the investigation and analysis, using the SPSStool to findthe psychological contract balance these six aspects. Because of thepsychological contract equilibrium reaction consistent both psychologicalexpectations, sobased on the management countermeasures ofpsychological contract balance easily tissueand the new generation employees accepted on both sides, so as to provideeffectivecountermeasures and suggestions for the management of the new generationemployees.
