With the development of the times, the new generation of employees gradually into the workplace, they grow up in a stable political environment, rapid socio-economic development, network media technology developed era, destined to have a generation of employees with different personality traits, habits and work behavior, their quick thinking, highly creative, but also has a distinct personality, values of cutting-edge, they like the maverick, the courage to express their views. These unique characteristics of the new generation of employees not only give enterprises to create value, but more is to give business leaders brought new management challenges; their existing traditional management model has apparently can not be applied to the new generation of workers in this group, companies must create a new management model, in order to enable them to play their own unique advantages, willing to create value for the enterprise. So the new generation of employees is an important management issue has modern enterprises need improvement.Psychological contract between the organization and employees An official text or document not specified, the implicit mutual expectations in their hearts.Since the new generation of workers born in the material conditions of relatively rich family, to material incentives have been unable to meet their needs, they needed more respect and self-realization of high levels of need. Therefore, on the basis of the specific cultural background, to the new generation of employees for the study, from the psychological contract starting this hot topic, to explore how to strengthen the psychological contract commitment of both sides to improve the level of work put into the new generation of employees. And as an important link between business and employees of companies in which the leaders will play a certain influence, so the paper also discusses the regulation in effect under the leadership styles, the psychological contract for the work put into play what influence, so also proposed new generation of staff management policies.This paper defines the concept of the new generation of employees, pointing out its features, and the psychological contract, job involvement and leadership style, and other related literature briefly reviewed and summarized; then research the construction of the model proposed hypothesis; secondly use SPSS21.0 analysis of the questionnaire data, empirical results basically verified the hypothesis, empirical results show that:(1) The structure of the new generation of employees’ psychological contract in line with five dimensions assume five dimensions(2) Psychological contract has some differences in demographic statistics on different variables; and between five dimensions of job involvement(3) Psychological Contract shows the positive phase relationship;(4) Three different leadership styles were put to work in three dimensions, respectively, show a different difference;(5) It was added to adjust the leadership style variable, come to different leadership styles, the psychological contract for work engagement have different influence.
