With the development of the economy and the improvement of the people’s livingstandards, the range for people to participate in the economic activities continues to expand,and the ways deepen. In the era of the information explosion, as well as the period ofintensified competation between banks, how, from the user’s standpoint, to optimize thebanking information services in a more human way, becomes a major task which is also aurgent issue for the banking sector to resolve. Under the guidance of the mentors, this articleis based on working experience and combined with professional learnings.The first chapter analyzes the research background, and have a preliminaryunderstanding and a grasp of the overall situation. Then it describes the purpose andsignificance of the thesis, and the reason that the author writes this thesis.The second Chapter gives readers a comprehensive and systematic description of thecredit card information services: elaborating the definition of a credit card, the meaning ofthe information services and the channels, contents and features of the credit card informationservices.The third chapter conveys the user satisfaction of the credit card information services.The results are summarized as well as the problems analyzed through the questionnaires’design and survey.The fourth chapter, based on an analysis of the problem, ultimately put forward thespecific and practical solutions,basically from the initiative,targeted,interaction,andinnovation,for the optimization and integration of the credit card information services.The last chapter ends with the inadequacies and prospections and put forward higherrequirements for the subsequent research.
