With the economic development of the times, in the domestic and international research,Social Responsibility Procurement impact on enterprise competitiveness become hot Issues.with the perspective of social responsibility of procurement, This study introduce the socialresponsibility of procurement, product performance and sense of trust, to enterprisecompetitiveness as the foothold, and put forward the Chinese textile enterprise procurementso as to improve enterprise competitiveness need considerate various factors in this paper.Based on relevant literature of social responsibility, social responsibility of procurementand enterprise competitiveness,and put forward the overall framework——this theme ofSocial responsibility purchase can influence on enterprise competitiveness,corporate socialresponsibility problems of textile enterprise such as the equipment risk, dust and short fibersin the air, etc), low benefits, consumers’ product quality standards can’t be ensured, and thelow profit,Further determined textile enterprise society responsibility purchase dimensions,then based on textile enterprise society responsibility of procurement and the correlation ofenterprise competitiveness build model. Then using the method of brainstorming, literaturestudy, interview social responsibility design and modify the about enterprise competitivenessof purchase decision factors and social responsibility of procurement questionnaire. Throughthe data statistics software SPSS factor analysis, based on textile enterprise societyresponsibility purchase affect enterprise competitiveness. The conclusions we can get throughthe data statistics software SPSS factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, and PLSsoftware of regression analysis and correlation analysis method in this paper.Through the argument presented in this paper,we can get the following conclusions:based on textile enterprise social responsibility procurement which impact on enterprisecompetitiveness can be divided into procurement of staff responsibility, economicresponsibility procurement, procurement of environmental responsibility and consumerresponsibility procurement. in turn, By the product quality and the trust of the enterprisestakeholders, these four aspects can affect on enterprise competitiveness. At the end of thisarticle, we summarizes the results of study found as well as points out limitations of thisstudy and the prospect for future research.the research will benefit scholars to research theories which about corporate socialresponsibility procurement and relationship of social responsibility procurement to enterprise,Also help textile enterprises pay attention to social responsibility Procurement for enhance thecompetitiveness of itself, and in the future more enterprises will have clearly point aboutsocial responsibility Procurement: purchasing interests but also pay attention to responsibilityof procurement management strategy.
