From1998when the UK government published “Creative Industries MappingDocument” and put forward the concept of creative industries firstly, manycountries in the world responded actively. Creative industries is a industry withhigh added value, whose development and booming may add culture andknowledge content to the traditional manufacturing industry greatly,andincrease the brand awareness and international competitiveness of the traditionalindustry. While China’s creative industry started late, and compared with thedeveloped countries, the creative ability of creative personnel in our country is farfrom adapting to the needs of the rapid development of creative industry.Based onthis consideration, we must vigorously promote the creative ability of creativepersonnel to make China’s creative industry have the advantage of backwardness.Researches on creative ability of previous scholars were one-sided, and notfor creative personnel which is a group of special meaning for the creative industry,not for the influence factors of creative ability, ether. This article carries on theaffecting factors and evaluation research on creative ability of creative personnel,and based on these two studies, puts forward promotion strategy of the creativeability.Through the understanding and summarizing of the literature before, thisarticle first made clear the connotation and the process of creative.Creative is notonly good thought and idea, but also includes the specific execution of creativeactivities and creative results of the output. To further define the creative ability,the creative ability, will be divided into three dimensions for the first time:creative thinking ability, creative action ability and creative results outputcapacity.This article then carries out theoretical analysis of influence factors ofcreative personnel’s creative ability, and gets the data through the questionnairemethod to make an empirical analysis of the influencing factors using structuralequation modeling approach. Build creative ability evaluation index system,evaluate it. Finally, in this paper, puts forward the promotion strategy of creativeability from aspects of influence factors and the comprehensive evaluation.
