In the background of economic globalization, the market competition becomesincreasingly fierce. At the same time, the efficient development of information technologymade organization and management model, communication and behavior of the members ofthe organization undergone great changes, and the organization continued to accelerate thefrequency of changes. In order to enhance their competitiveness and improve the efficiency ofthe organization’s work, more and more companies began to use the type of team work.During the running of the high-tech enterprises, companies tend to choose the methods ofteam work of the project, thus team of high-tech enterprises has become a commonphenomenon. However, due to differences among team members, team works often causeconflict. So it is necessary to understand team conflict’s impact on team performance, furtheranalyse how to get a higher team performance.Research is based on improved team operation model, and regard team conflict as theresearch object, aimed to analyzing the effect of different types of team conflict on teamperformance. Meanwhile considered team trust variable in the model, further analyse of therole of team trust. Through reading literature, team conflict is mainly divided into taskconflict and relationship conflict. When analyzing the impact of team conflict and teamperformance, study adopt quantitative methods. The investigation has mainly taken the wayof the web-based survey, regarding team members as the survey object, finally researchcollected ten companies nationwide multi-team data, and ultimately obtained228validsamples. Using the SPSS17.0software of correlation analysis, factor analysis and regressionanalysis statistical analysis to validate the model assumptions and found that the negativeeffects of relationship conflict on team performance; task conflict had different effects onteam performance. When the lower degree of task conflict, task conflict had a positiveinfluence on team performance, the higher degree of task conflict, task conflict on teamperformance will produce a negative role. Team trust play a intermediary role in therelationship between conflict and team performance, the team trust did not play the role ofintermediary in the process of task conflict and team performance. Finally, according to theresults of the hypotheses, I put forward strategies for improving team performance.
