Team work is a major operation in modern enterprise. In general, the research on team performance is the core issue in team study. Trust and conflict are important factors to team innovation performance, Therefore, from the perspective of trust and conflict to do team innovation performance is very vital. In this paper, I choose a contradictory behavior in interactive mechanism of team member—team member's trust and conflict as starting point. Try to figure out the impact relationship between trust, conflict and innovation performance. Then providing some theoretical support for improving innovation performance.Since 1990's, the trust in organization and between them has become the study hot spot in management research. Some recent organizational behavior research shows that the trust between individuals is very helpful for improving organization and individual performance. Because of our economic life is a network of social relations, so the complex coordination activities need the interdependence between individuals to complete. While trust is the most critical determinants among individual. At he same time, due to the complexity and interdependence in team, the trust and conflict among team member are co-exist.Based on the above analysis, this paper take the research institutes and universities in Zhijiang province as the research object, research the impact in trust, conflict and innovation performance, and focus on the intermediary role of conflict to trust and innovation performance.In order to verify the intermediary role of conflict to trust and innovation performance, this paper theoretically analysis trust, conflict and innovation performance, Although no direct related research, but this paper analyzed the indirect studies of existing research on the relationship and the mechanism by reading a lot of literature. After the theoretical analysis, this article uses two kinds of qualitative and quantitative empirical research methods for authentication. In the qualitative research phase, through a translated questionnaire from foreign, and correct it continuously, the final formation of a formal questionnaire appeared. In the quantitative research phase, this paper sent out questionnaires randomly in various institutes and universities in Zhejiang province's innovation team, and a total of 199 valid questionnaires were recovered. Through the use of reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis methods do statistical tests of all data, research results show that:1. Trust and team innovation performance exists a significant positive effect, trust is the key variables to improve the innovation performance. At the same time, emotional and cognitive trust has shown a marked positive effect on team innovation performance.2. Conflict is divided into two categories, relationship conflict and task conflict, relationship conflict has significant negative impact on team innovation performance; and the impact of task conflict on team innovation performance has not been verified.3. The relationship conflict as a mediating variable on the trust (ie, emotional trust and cognitive trust) and team innovation performance has some intermediary role.
