The Study Of Financing Problems Of SMEs In Quanzhou

SMEs have become a pillar of the national economy after the reform and openingup for more than thirty years. The healthy and rapid development is directly relatedto the growth of employment, technological innovation, economic restructuring, aswell as the stability of the society as a whole. But the difficulty of financing hasrestricted the development of SMEs in China. Especially after the financial crisis,the development of the real economy has suffered a huge loss, the difficulty offinancing for SMEs being more prominent. How to overcome this problem hasbecome a common concern of governments, enterprises and academics.SMEs account for the vast majority of private enterprises in Quanzhou, which isregarded as one of the most active areas of private enterprises in China. The analysisof the difficulty in financing of SMEs in Quanzhou is representative. As far asconcerned, most of enterprises in Quanzhou do no have the ability to achieve thedirect financing. So does the indirect financing process with banks and otherinstitutions, with the limited financing capacity of SMEs themselves. After thefinancial crisis, the financing difficulty faced with SMEs in Quanzhou is furtherhighlighted. In this paper, we will analysis the strategy selection of SMEs inQuanzhou and payoff matrix in depth through the establishment of the game model.For providing a clear framework of the underlying causes of the difficulties infinancing, the analysis and evaluation of the existing practice home and abroad ismade. Combined with the actual situation of the SMEs in Quanzhou, we approachthree policy recommendations, from changing the concept of Bank and the serviceinnovation, developing small and medium-sized financial institutions vigorously todeveloping of supply chain financing. We hope that those will be helpful to thedevelopment of SMEs in Quanzhou, in order to better serve the livelihood problemsand the development of the national economy.
