The Study Of The Financing Problems Of SMEs In The Context Of The Financial Crisis

Small and medium enterprises have got gradually developed since reform and opening-up in China. Now SMEs have played important roles in economic prosperity, increasing employment, promoting innovation and birthing industries in recent decades. SMEs have become a dominant force in promoting national economy development. And also they have made a significant contribution to promoting social development and constructing harmonious society. However, development of SMEs in China has not been smooth. Financing difficulties which are caused by plaque lack of funds have greatly restricted the survival and development of SMEs. In the context of the global financial crisis, SMEs with the relatively weak anti-risk ability face more severe financing difficulties. Under this economic situation, what our country and government should do to solve the small and medium enterprises'financing difficulties in order to help the SMEs to overcome the crisis is the urgent problem to be solved. So this paper, at the beginning, discusses the status quo of SMEs'financing difficulties in the context of the financial crisis, then does research on the reasons which may cause the status quo, and then sums up the foreign experiences and learn them, at last proposes a solution to the financing difficulties of the SMEs in the context of the financial crisis. Hope to serve.The paper firstly analyzes and sums up domestic and foreign classical literature, then discusses the status quo of the SMEs'financing difficulties in the context of the financial crisis, then does research on the reasons which may cause the status quo, and then sums up the foreign experiences and learns them, at last put personal point of view on how to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs in the context of the financial crisis forward. The paper uses theoretical analysis method and practical analysis method when doing research on the problems which have close ties to the financing difficulties of the SMEs, and then uses game analysis method when analyzing the problem of asymmetric information which exists between banks and SMEs. When summing up the foreign experiences, comparison method and history study method are used. At last, solutions are proposed to the problem of SMEs'financing difficulties in the context of the financing crisis through structure analysis and system analysis.
