The emergence of the logistics park is the result of economic and modernlogistics industry development.With the rapid development of the logistics park, itplays an important role in the development of regional economic.Meanwhile, withthe optimization of industrial structure, the development of regional economicproposed new requirements to the construction of the logistics park. So, it isnecessary to clarify the interactive relationship between Logistics Park and regionaleconomic development.From the past research, the studies of interactive relationship between logisticsparks and regional economic development are very lack. From the reality, at present,Guangzhou put forward to build modern industry system, think about the specificeffect influence the construction of the Logistics Park can help the government andenterprises make the right decisions.Based on the analysis above, this paper takes Guangzhou as an example to studythe interaction relationship between the Logistics Park and regional economicdevelopment. Thirdly, this paper uses qualitativeand quantitative analysis methods and takes Guangzhou as an example to verify theconclusions.Finally, this paper gives countermeasures of the development ofGuangzhou Logistics Park, combing the features of Guangzhou regional economicand Logistics Park.The results of this study are as follows:The interaction relationship betweenlogistics park and regional economic development is mainly formed by means of thelogistics industry and related industries;The specialization of Logistics Park serviceobject and totalization of service functions is one of the important trends ofLogistics Park.The formation and role playing of Logistics Park social capital is animportant factor to promote its development and the Logistics Park managers shouldfocus on the management philosophy of innovation and construction of LogisticsPark social capital.
