Chinese enterprise, focusing on labor-intensive and resource-intensivestyle,becomes powerless in survival,redevelopment and market competition,withmarket economy system gradually improving, leading firms having consolidated theirdominant position, and consumer market growing.Those inner and outer environmentchange is challenging enterprise’s development, so transformation becomes inevitablein order to face the threat of environment change, and to rebuild core competitiveness.This transformation causes resource reconstruction,interest adjustment,environmentchange, process reengineering,changing of personnel structure and employmentrelationship. All those brings mental stress to personnel, and blocks enterprise’s rapideffective transformationIn the form of questionnaire survey, the writer does a research on the influenceof personnel’s psychological ownership to their innovation in enterprise’stransformation period, and proves that psychological ownership’s mediation toinnovation after enterprise’s transformation,using factor analysis, correlation analysis,regression analysis and so on. This essay turns out that:(1)marked negative impactof enterprise’s transformation to personnel’s psychological ownership;(2)markedpositive impact of psychological ownership to personnel’s innovation;(3)markednegative impact of enterprise’s transformation to personnel’s innovation;(4)psychological ownership’ s mediation between personnel’ s innovation andenterprise’s transformation.Psychological ownership provides a special view on personnel’s innovation intransformation period. It enriches the theory of Human Resources Management, andbrings practice experience to Chinese enterprise’s management and development.
