| The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the core content of scientific and technological innovation and the key link to drive economic development.However,the efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China is far from that in developed countries.Although there are many alternatives and reference schemes to solve the dilemma of transformation of scientific and technological achievements,such as reforming the incentive system and distribution system,strengthening the collaborative innovation of industry,University and research,etc.,the results are very little.Therefore,it is necessary to change the thinking of development,clearly understand the current background and dilemma of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,in order to effectively improve the industrialization level of scientific and technological achievements and market demand,and play an important supporting role of scientific and technological innovation in economic development.The supply-side structural reform is the key to solve the problems of economic transformation and upgrading,improving quality and efficiency.Its main direction is to improve the quality of supply.The ultimate goal is to change the traditional dependence on investment to promote economic growth,to improve the quality of scientific and technological innovation and to realize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to industrialization.It can be seen that high-quality development is a new way to solve the current plight of transformation of scientific and technological achievements.At present,the number of scientific and technological achievements in China has been very rich.The key difficulty is that a large number of scientific and technological achievements can not effectively link up with the market demand.Therefore,colleges and universities can no longer rely solely on traditional incentive mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.How to make scientific researchers realize the importance of market demand for R&D activities? Starting from high-quality development,we should examine the plight of transformation of scientific and technological achievements from the perspective of source supply quality,and explore how to improve the discipline in the perspective of transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Increasing the quality of technological innovation,increasing effective supply and creating new demand are the core issues that universities should focus on.This research takes the researchers of universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Henan as the research object,integrates human resource management theory,social exchange theory,market-oriented theory and innovation quality theory,transforms scientific and technological achievements into background,takes inclusive talent development model as entry point,introduces psychological ownership as intermediary variable,market-oriented as moderator variable,and innovates as background.Quality is the foothold,and the theoretical model between inclusive talent development model and innovation quality is constructed.The intermediary role of psychological ownership and the regulating role of market orientation are emphatically discussed.The empirical analysis is carried out by using multiple regression method,in order to uncover the relationship among the four variables,and on this basis,the mechanism for improving the quality of innovation of scientific and technological achievements is constructed.The main contents of this study include four aspects: Firstly,the background and problems of this study are elaborated in detail,and the concepts,measurements and related studies of inclusive talent development model,psychological ownership,market orientation,innovation quality are summarized in literature;secondly,based on the theory,the relationship among variables is analyzed,hypotheses are put forward and theoretical models are established.? Thirdly,the hypothesis is empirically analyzed,and the mature scale developed by scholars at home and abroad is used to design the questionnaire.Through scientific questionnaire design and strict questionnaire issuance and recovery,394 questionnaires are analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis,intermediary effect analysis and moderating effect analysis using AMOS22.0/SPSS24.0 and other research tools.Talent development model and innovation quality have significant positive effects;psychological ownership has significant positive effects on innovation quality;psychological ownership plays a mediating role in the process of the impact of inclusive talent development model and innovation quality;and market orientation has a positive regulatory role in the relationship between psychological ownership and innovation quality.Finally,the management mechanism is constructed,and the research deficiencies are pointed out,and the future research prospects are put forward. |
