Up till the present moment, the study on strategic change which was proposedby the theories hasn’t contribute a whole theoretical system. It is not common that thestudy on the relationship between organizational learning and strategic change withorganizational improvisation as the antecedent variables. The topic of this articlecontains the relations between organizational improvisation, organizational learningand strategic change. The research method of this article contains documentaryresearch, virtual model’s contribute and organizational learning. In this paper, theresearch motivation are mainly from next three aspects: First of all, in the formerstudy of strategic change, the scholars always discuss the relations betweenorganizational learning and strategic change by focused on organizational learning,and rarely attention the antecedent which can influence the relations betweenorganizational learning and strategic change. Next, the researchers were having alittle positive research about organizational improvisation and there were a fewreferences of “to explore the organizational learning have what kind of impact onsome variable based on organizational improvisation”. Moreover, as the rapidlyenvironment change and constantly updated of technology knowledge, the enterprisekeeps their competitive advantage only if they can make a rapid response. As themost important part of life and vitality in our national economy, private enterprise hasbecoming an important force to support and promote economic growth. So it is veryimportant to private enterprise to discuss the relations between organizationallearning and strategic change by focused on organizational learning.This research analyses the relations between organizational improvisation,organizational learning and strategic change by the method of combined withmaterialization and quantization.First of all, through the literature research method combing the literature theoryformation of this theory framework then put forward the relevant hypothesis modelbased on it. Next, to collect and analyze the valid data about the survey questionnaire of applying SPSS19.0statistical software. Analysis the assumption which presentedby the method of factor analysis and multiple regression analysis, and then discussthe research results. Through the research of literature review and the empiricalanalysis of model building, the conclusions followed were found:(1) Organizational improvisation on organizational learning and organizationalstrategic change has significant effect to a certain extent. Specific to the dimension,instant reaction had no significant influence on organizational learning in twodimensions and two dimensions of strategic change; making do has a significantdirect effect on exploitative learning, which it has the indirect effect on theexplorative learning and two dimensions of organizational change; resourceutilization capacity has a direct significant impact on exploratory learning, which ithas the indirect effect on exploitative learning and two dimensions of organizationalchange.(2) Organizational learning has a significant positive effect on organizationalstrategic change. Specific to the dimension, each dimension of organizationallearning has the indirect effect on each dimension of organizational strategic change,which is consistent with the previous conclusions.(3) There is interaction between two dimensions of organizational learning. Therelationship did not show between the speed and magnitude of organizational change,which the reason may be related to organizational learning has great influence on theorganizational strategic change tendency.
