Research On Guarantee Company’s Operating Risk And Anti-risk Strategies

With the growth of our market economy, the number of small and medium-sizedenterprises is increasing every year. The SMEs become an important part of oureconomy, they create tax, job opportunity, and a lot of wealth. But, they are lack offinancing capability, hard to get loan from banks. Guarantee company can get rid of thisproblem, but also undertake risks both from banks and SMEs. The policies and lawsabout guarantee company have limited effectiveness, the global economy has a greatinfluence on guarantee company, also there are many other problems inside guaranteecompany, they are all risk resources to guarantee company. So, it is very important tostudy the risk management and anti-risk mechanism of guarantee company. This thesismainly analyses the risk of guarantee company and the anti-risk methods, hope tocontribute the development of guarantee industry.This research has six chapters:Chapter one is the introduction, it introduces thebackground and the contents of the research, also includes the review of the literatureand the research methods. Chapter two analyzes the development status of guaranteecompany and builds the operating risks model. Due to the risk features and thepossibility, propose the necessity of risk management and control, then analyze theoperating risks model. Chapter three analyses where the risks come from, why theserisks happen, what damage they can be done to the guarantee company. Chapter four isthe part we put forward the anti-risk strategies. We combine the existing experiencesand means, use different strategies to solve different types of risks. Chapter five uses theXiangyang Branch of ZX Guarantee Company as example, analyze and solve theproblems and risks during the operating process. Chapter six is the conclusion and theprospect, it comes up with the shortcomings of this thesis and the expectations to thefuture.
