The Study On The Relationship Between Producer Services Development And Economic Growth In Gansu Province

Along with the advent of the era of service economy, the proportion of service industry in the national economy is more and more big, its development level has become an important symbol to measure a country or a region modernization level. And the most notable is the rapid development of producer services in the service industry development. In the western developed countries, the producer services industry has accounted for over70%of the proportion of the tertiary industry, and has become a new force to be reckoned with in the economic development. By comparison, Gansu province is one of the major farming provinces in the west, its producer services development can’t compare with the coastal developed provinces, not to mention the developed countries,so it will face some problems in the economic construction.For this reason, this paper argues that it is necessary to study the development of producer services in Gansu province. Based on related producer services research results at home and abroad for reference, we explain the basic concepts, characteristics, classifications of producer services. Taking Gansu province as the research object, this paper introduces present situation of producer services development in Gansu province firstly. Then, this paper uses unit root test,co-integration test and Granger causality test to analyze the relationships between the two. In the end,summarizing the problems of Gansu producer services development in promoting economic growth, this thesis offers suggestions to promote perfect producer services in Gansu.
