With the development of the economic, the demand for energy is growing up. Atpresent, human energy consumption is mainly oil, natural gas, coal, and othernon-renewable energy. The proven fossil fuel reserves will not be able to meet the energydemand of mankind continued. Humanity is currently facing severe pressure on the energy,and the burning of fossil fuels causes environmental pollution. In order to alleviate thepressure of the increasingly serious energy shortage and environmental pollution,developing and using of sustainable clean energy is imperative. Accompanied by thepromotion of new energy, new energy vehicles’ promotion got the attention of the globaldeveloped countries. Now, a more mature technology of new energy vehicles is electric.With the industrialization of electric vehicles, electric vehicles operations managementresearch these years becomes a more valuable topic.In this paper, we mainly research the Location-routing problem based on the logisticssystem using electric vehicles. Firstly, the author analyzed the vehicle routing problem,location-routing related issues as well as the operation and management of the electriccar research both at home and abroad, summed up the results of previous studies. On thebasis of previous studies, we considered electric vehicles’ journey distance, loadingcapacity, service facilities, and other limiting factors, formulated a location-routingmathematical model based on the electric vehicle logistics distribution system. In addition,we also designed a tabu search-Improved Clarke-Wright savings of two-phase heuristicalgorithm to solve the problem, and the authors designed two different tabu rules, andcompared these two criteria. In order to prove the effectiveness of the algorithm, we alsocompared the result of the algorithm with the calculation results of Cplex software. Finally,the author gave a summary for the full text, and made an outlook for the future research.
