The Research Of Cigarette Logistics-distibution Process Based On Vehicle Routing Problem

Modern logistics, which is considered as part of the modern economy activities, plays a important role in the growth of national economy and social development. Also, it is the Third Profit Source and the key to obtain competitive advantage of enterprises. Specifically, for the tobacco industry, the tobacco logistics is the core business due to its irreplaceable core competences and it will support the development of the tobacco industry in a fiercer business competition in the future. As the last process of the tobacco logistics, cigarette distribution is the connection between the consumer and the industries and it is also the foundation of gaining the profit for the industries. Therefore, the efficiency and the economics of the cigarette distribution affects the tobacco industry and the Tobacco Monopoly Bureau on gaining the profit.This paper takes Baoshan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau for instance and analyses the daily business process of the cigarette distribution, then defines the core business (which is the cigarette distribution) with the theory of BPR. Based on the core business, the paper finds the key problem(which is the inefficient arrangement of the delivery routing) according to the core business and solves this problem with Tow-phase heuristic algorithm:this paper firstly clusters the customers with Kmeans Clustering analysis and then rearranges the delivery routing with ant colony algorithm, finally the paper reengineering the business progress of cigarette distribution on the basis of the new delivery routing.
