In recent years, China’s economic developed well, with the people grows older andthe health consciousness increases, our medicine market is facing a new round ofdevelopment, the health care system in China improve continuously, prompted tocentralized development of China’s pharmaceutical logistics industry, it also put forwardhigher request to our medicine enterprise development of logistics industry, Advancedlogistics information system and a strong ability of logistics distribution will make thefuture trend of the development of pharmaceutical logistics enterprises.This paper takes the Jiu Zhou Tong Pharmaceutical Group Corporation for anexample, it is based on the background of the development of the medical market both athome and abroad, guided by the enterprise strategy research methods, through theenterprise internal and external related data collection and processing, and collect a lot ofbooks and data, describes on the operating environment of pharmaceutical logisticsindustry at home and abroad now in detail, using PEST model and five-force model toanalyses the industry environment, and using SWOT model to analyses the Jiu ZhouTong Pharmaceutical Group Corporation combined with the enterprise’s internal andexternal resources and opportunities and threats in the development of enterprises, putforward a series of possible strategic plan. Finally, put forward some Suggestions to theenterprise’s future development strategy from the perspectives of operation andmanagement of human.
