Huarui Wind Power Development Strategy Research

Established in 2006,Sinovel,relying on the German Flanders FL1500 series fan production license and built 1.5 MW wind turbine assembly industry chain started,the main large-scale wind turbine development,design,manufacture and sale of its new Installed capacity increased from 751.5 MW in 2007 to 4386 MW in 2010,and in 2008,more than China's leading wind power leader Goldwind Science&Technology Co.,Ltd,market share and even ranked third in the world.In January 2011,Sinovel to a record market board record price of 90 yuan per share issue price landing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange,a market value of nearly 100 billion wind power equipment manufacturers,the successful writing of China's wind power industry's largest legend.However,starting from the beginning of 2011 is the beginning of 2011,Sinovel's new installed capacity began to fall sharply from 2939MW in 2011 to 23416 in 2016,the industry ranking from the second in 2011,the rapid decline to 2016 of the seventeenth,out of the wind power equipment manufacturing industry first and second camp.This paper mainly analyzes the main problems encountered in the development of Sinovel,and why they will encounter these problems.In the analysis process,the PEST analysis tool,the Porter five force model and the SWOT analysis tool are used to analyze the external and internal development environment of Sinovel.Based on this,the future development strategy of Sinovel is formulated.Finally put forward the relevant strategies to implement the safeguard measures.
