Express industry is an important part of the logistics industry, which plays animportant role in economic structure of China. In recent years, with the rapid developmentof e-commerce the express service as basic services has also become an important branchof the service industry. According to customer demand, Express service supply chain setexpress delivery enterprises as the core business (Express service supply chain integrator),which will contain different logistics functions organic combination service enterprises,providing customers with customized, personalized and one-stop express services. Coremember companies chain integration and enterprise capabilities for a reasonable allocationof the leading courier services the whole supply chain coordination and management,establishing effective operational and feedback mechanisms. This paper studies theExpress service supply chain vendor selection issues and distribution of benefits.Firstly, this paper study structure of the domestic express delivery market, and thusthe existing Express service supply chain context, structure and features elaborate. Second,this article undertake the method of the choice of functional service provider, amulti-objective programming model that: supplier selection should be in terms of fouraspects of the establishment of selection criteria and defining constraints: price, quality,timeliness and scale; Section Third, for the Express service supply chain to work fluently,the fair and equitable distribution of benefits is a guarantee for chain member companiesto ensure stable development. In this paper, ANP method, according to the Expressindustry is characterized by the establishment of sixteen factors affecting the distributionof benefits and give weight to these factors which affect the distribution of benefits forclassic Shapley value formula to build a more equitable distribution of benefits model.Finally, through case analysis of the existing express service supply chain structure,mode of operation and scope of business, and gives suggestions for improvement Expressservice supply chain.
