With the rapid development of economy and maturity of market of our country, the requirements of customers become more and more rigorous for this competitive buyer’s market. Only if enterprise tries to form a strategic alliances with excellent suppliers, and let them take part in the design and innovation of product for building a competitive supply chain, enterprise can get success and improve the customer’s satisfaction level for striving to produce ever-higher quality and better service with ever-lower costs and faster response.However, the reality is that the M business there are many drawbacks and problems to be solved: product performance update too slow response to market ability is weak, profits increasingly thin, the increasing number of suppliers, the procurement cost out of control, leading to excessive procurement inventory, supplier selection to favor, "eat and drink on the single" procurement the form of. Aiming at these problems, this paper studies some problems of M company supplier selection and purchasing quantity allocation and supplier involvement in product design innovation scheme selection of components to provide, to build a multi supply stage, multi part structure, a plurality of supplier selection, a plurality of parts design scheme selection, a variety of innovative supply price and multiple suppliers the allocation of purchasing quantity and other six of the joint decision model.Because the model variables and parameters of the perplexing, this paper will use a combination of multiple methods. First of all, using the analytic hierarchy process combined with Matlab procedure primaries for suppliers; secondly, design of the two stage of the improved genetic algorithm to solve the model. The first stage of the selection of innovative design solutions provider and parts of M enterprises, the second stage is the allocation of purchasing quantity optimization, make the enterprise profit maximization. Finally, the result of Matlab is analyzed, and compared with other conventional four decision-making methods, and verify the advantages of using again a joint decision, bring the best return for M enterprises.
