Research On TD Company's Transportation Supplier Management Under The Model Of Logistics Service Supply Chain

With the development of our country's economy,the logistics service supply chain(LSSC)has becoming a significant trend for the development of logistics industry in the future as it is growing up and has received increasing attention from managers.However,some problems are gradually emerging with the development as the research of the supplier management starts lately in our country.On the one hand,the lack of supplier management level in the logistics service supply chain directly affects the overall operational efficiency and cost of the supply chain;on the other hand,the uncoordinated relationship between members of the supply chain increases the risk of the supply chain.Therefore,the issue about how to improve the level of supplier management in the supply chain has gradually attracted the attention of scholars and enterprise managers.The paper takes TD company as the research object,focus on the management of the transportation supplier under the logistics service supply chain environment from the perspective of the integrator.Based on the research of a large number of related literatures at home and abroad,this paper clarifies the research background,the significance of the study,summarizes the situation of literature research at home and abroad currently and elaborates the relevant theories involved in the writing process.The core content of the thesis is divided into three major parts.The first part,TD company chooses the transport suppliers through establishing the scientific,systematic transport supplier evaluation system through the ANP-TOPSIS method,laying a foundation for the subsequent and it is also the basis for the management of the entire transport supplier.The second part is the task assignment of TD company's transportation suppliers.In the operation process of the logistics service supply chain,a comprehensive consideration of the satisfaction factors of the transportation suppliers for task allocation is adopted and a multi-objective planning model is used for rational distribution.In the third part,TD company evaluates the performance of transport suppliers.The purpose of performance evaluation is to supervise and urge the suppliers to maintain a high quality of logistics services.Through a simple and practical AHP to evaluate the performance of transport suppliers then rewards or punishments the transport suppliers according to the result.
