Business Cycle Synchronization Interval Since The Reform And Opening China Province

After the reform and opening up, China has maintained high-speed economicgrowth. On the one hand, the regional trade cooperation continues to increase. On theother hand, there also is a big economic gap. The objective fact of unbalanced regionaldevelopment has not been improved significantly, and the research on the economiccycle synchronization between provinces and regions is a special field of study. Studythe factors influencing Chinese provincial economic cycle synchronization, and thesefactors at different times of the role and function in the way has very importantpractical significance to promote the provincial range of economic and trade, enhancethe economic strength of the provinces, strengthen regional economic exchanges andcooperation, realize the coordinated development of regional division of labor.This paper based on the review of some measures of the economic cycle andeconomic cycle synchronization, builds the theory of economic cycle synchronizationresearch framework and expounds the mechanism of the influence of the economiccycle synchronization between provinces and regions. By China’s31provinces andregions in the sample interval time interval provinces real GDP growth rate data,measure the level of economic cycle synchronization between provinces andautonomous regions in China as well as by its reflect the characteristics of theeconomic cycle fluctuation. At the same time, based on the economic cycle in Chinasince reform and opening up the synchronicity of the various influence factors ofpanel data, analyzed the various space factors impact on the level of economic cyclesynchronization between provinces and autonomous regions of our country andinfluence degree. After the system was introduced to the analysis of the major policy,further empirically the influence of the synchronization of economic cycle. Finally,based on the research conclusion, this paper gives the corresponding policyrecommendations.The article studies that:(1) The level of economic cycle synchronization betweenChinese provinces appears a cyclical fluctuations from the reform and opening up to 1993and volatility gradually becomes stable after1993. This paper analysis confirmsthis major macroeconomic regulation and control policy influence the existence of taxallocation.(2)The unstable political situation and major policy influence of theeconomic cycle synchronization, such as the Asian financial crisis of1998and theglobal financial storm of2008influence its developing tendency in different directions.(3) Industrial structure similarity, fiscal policy coordination, economic extroversiondifference (attract FDI), boundary effect and the East,Middle and Western "club"natural factors effect, regional trade (In this paper, the decomposition of thegeographical distance and bilateral economic scale) and other factors will causevarying degrees of impact on the regional economic cycle synchronization.(4)Betweenbusiness cycle synchronization and per capita income gap has positive correlation,synchronous growth among different provinces economy, does not mean that percapita income will be reduced, especially the income gap between urban and ruralareas.
