The Research Of Supply Chain Procurement Optimization Based On Options Contract

Supply chain is different from the enterprise; it is composed by a number ofindependent stakeholders. Supply chain decisions become complicated because of there areshort of a unified resource management, information sharing, risk-sharing and other issues.Supply chain procurement is the main link of information communication benefit-sharingamong members of the supply chain. It plays a key role for the survival and developmentof the supply chain. Therefore, to establish a scientific supply chain procurement model,making the total risk among its members, shared interests, and enhance the flexibility ofthe supply chain has important strategic significance. Therefore, the establishment of ascientific supply chain procurement model, making risk and profit sharing among members,and enhance the flexibility of the supply chain has important strategic significance.Firstly, for the problem in the supply chain those suppliers have varying ability, thispaper uses of AHP and fuzzy evaluation method integrally to make out a comprehensiveevaluation to the supplier in order to improve the reliability and stability of the supplychain.Secondly, on this question of inventory costs, shortage cost and irrational distributionof benefits among members of the resulted by the change in market demand, this paperuses of mathematical statistics and engineering analysis methods comprehensively toestablish a one-to-one multi-factor option contract model for whole supply chain, coreenterprise and its suppliers. The prices of raw materials, production costs, shortage costs,inventory costs and so on are considered in the one-to-one model.And then, in view of inventory risk and huge interests of the supplier brought bysingle supplier, this paper use of pre-sale contracts and options contracts integrally toestablishes a one-to-two multi-factor option contract model, in which the core enterprise’sinterests is considered as the objective function, bases on one-to-one option contractmodel.Finally, this paper cites L machine motor frame of a machine tool plant in the Northeast as the research object. Then a procurement plan of one kind of products is takenout by one-to-two option model basing on the comprehensive evaluation of the suppliers.After all, the traditional procurement methods is cited and compared with the one-to-twoprocurement model to certify it’s implemented and superiority using the procurementmodel established in this paper.The research of supply chain procurement optimization based on options contractprovides a scientific and effective method for the supply chain procurement, enhances thecapacity for coordination of supply chain risks and benefits, improves the flexibility ofsupply chain production, promotes the further development of the supply chain mode.
