How supply chain management successfully applied to various companies and enterprises, how to make the supply chain management easily deal with competition and challenges in various industries, it is a major issue to be resolved every business.The purpose of this study is to understand through basic cosmetics company’s supply chain management situation, evaluating their supply chain performance, we found that the existing problems of supply chain management and related recommendations are given to improve supply chain management, so as to improve the industry’s supply chain management to provide reference.This paper uses the method of literature review on the current domestic and international issues concerning the theory of supply chain management to sort out and analyze, in order to build the theoretical framework of the research paper.Then using interviews and case study analysis, by the MC cosmetics company (MC Company) current status of a full understanding of management, especially in the supply chain management, selecting a representative index, as MC Corporate Performance Evaluation and using AHP (AHP) method to determine the weight of each performance index weights and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the internal performance of their supply chain management, external and overall score results, to identify the main factors affecting the MC supply chain management performance, and taking appropriate measures to improve its supply chain management performance.Through the above findings,their supply chain performance,supply chain performance status quo drawn MC company’s internal supply chain performance,supply chain performance and external supply chain overall performance rating scale in"General"and "strong"between.The results of this evaluation are mainly low MC company between financial capability, learning and innovation, production and demand supply chain member companies, the partners changes, product qualified suppliers, the supply chain operational capability, customer satisfaction and social responsibilities and other issues caused by the presence of.Finally, MC company supply management problems, suggestions from the internal supply chain management performance, external and overall three areas,such as,improving learning and innovation,increasing R & D investment,shorten order cycle arrival,improving customer service levels,strengthen social responsibility and establish an efficient supply chain information systems to effectively enhance the company’s MC Supply Chain Management Performance. |
