With the upgrading and transformation of China's manufacturing industry,supply chain management is becoming more and more important in the industry.Understanding the market condition of supply chain competitiveness,combining with its own resources,can help decision makers make better planning when making strategic decisions,so as to arrange preferably resource allocation to upgrade and optimize the supply chain.In order to preferably evaluate the competitiveness of supply chain,this paper mainly studies the evaluation system and algorithms of supply chain competitiveness.On the basis of resource-based theory,competitive potential theory,dynamic capability theory and information interaction ability,in order to comprehensively summarize the factors affecting the competitiveness of supply chain,this paper selects seven indexes including the position of "chain owner" in the market.In order to calculate the weight information of the index system,the paper uses the Set-valued iterative method to calculate the weight of seven indexes,and completes the construction of the evaluation system in the end.Referring to fuzzy algorithms,this paper introduces the multi-attribute decision algorithm.Because fuzzy mathematics can keep the decision-maker's intention as much as possible when collecting the decision-making information of the decision-maker,it can embody the final result more accurately.At the aspect of algorithm innovation,this paper introduces two bi-directional projection algorithms into Pythagorean 2-tuple linguistic fuzzy environment,deduces two algorithms,and makes a comparative analysis with the general projection algorithm in the derivation process,and finally introduces three other algorithms for algorithm comparison which reflects the scientific rationality of the new algorithm.At the end of the paper,a numeric example is given to show the application of the evaluation system and various algorithms.First of all,the comparison results of various algorithms verify the description discussed in the process of algorithm derivation,which reflects the scientific rationality of algorithm derivation;secondly,for the ranking results of the supply chain competitiveness,it determines the most competitive one among the several supply chains,while for other supply chains,there are some differences in the results,but it has little impact on the overall ranking.In the last part,the paper also gives three suggestions of supply chain management.
