Analysis Of The Impact Of Farmers’ Machinery Investment On Grain Production And Farmers’ Willings In Jiashan County

Realization of agricultural modernization is the goal of China’s agricultural development, but also the basic direction of China’s agricultural development, Agricultural development is inseparable from the development of agricultural mechanization, it is an important symbol of the modernization of agriculture. Currently, the degree of agricultural mechanization in China is lower. How to better promote the development of China’s agricultural mechanization has become the hot spot of the Agricultural Economics Research, Since1998, China’s government has set up special funds for subsidies to purchase, which promoted fast and steady agricultural mechanization fast, steady development. Particularly in2004and2005, two central first file further enhanced the implementation of China’s farm machinery purchase subsidy policy, which had an important significance on improving the enthusiasm of the farmers purchase and accelerating the development of agricultural mechanization. According to randomly selected survey of90farmers in agricultural inputs in Jiashan County, this paper analysis Jiashan County farmers agricultural inputs willingness and its impact on grain production.Through secondary sources of data and household survey data, the paper first made a presentation on the socio-economic and agricultural development of the study points Jiashan County, Jiashan County agricultural mechanization development situation and sample townships are analyzed in detail. Secondly, based on household survey data, and the establishment of two logistic model, this paper made an empirical analysis of the willingness of famers agricultural inputs by using SPSS17.0software.Again, on the basis of household survey data, to establish a multiple linear regression model, using SPSS17.0software to make empirical analysis the impacts of farmers’agricultural inputs on gain production.Finally, on the basis of the empirical analysis, proposed some policy recommendations to promote Jiashan County farmers agricultural inputs.The study showed that there are three main factors that influencing the willingness of farmers’ agricultural inputs in Jiashan:the understanding extent of farmers for the purchase for of agricultural subsidies policy, agricultural machinery purchases and the number of household members,and the three factors were in positive relation with the willingness of farmers’agricultural inputs.The farmers’ grain area, the education level of the owners of the farm and the investment of agricultural machinery are the main factors affecting the yield of grain. Among them, the grain area and investment of agricultural machinery were positively related to farmers’grain yield,while the education level was negatively relatived with grain yield.
