Zhejiang Agriculture Products Export Trade Impact On Farmer’s Income

Under the back ground of further advance of economic globalization, along with Chinese accession to the WTO and the international market is expanding, the development of Zhejiang agricultural and foreign trade of agricultural products have important influence to Zhejiang economy and farmers’ income. The problem of farmers’income is the key of the problem of "agriculture、rural areas and farmers". The income level of farmers and growth is related to the development of the whole country and also is related to the countryside and even the problem of social stability.Taking Zhejiang as the research object, this paper addresses the issue of agricultural product export trade influence on farmers’ income, described respectively to analyze the status of Zhejiang agricultural products exporting and farmers’ income. The findings of empirical is that with the continued rapid growth of export trade, Zhejiang agricultural products and farmers’ income growth rate also increased, and it play the important role in the export trade of China’s agricultural products by its optimization of export structure and more concentrated export markets. But the growth rate of farmers’ income is far lower than urban residents and in the major city of Zhejiang it is not balanced at all. The gap between urban and rural areas is still on the rise trend. The salary income, property income and metastatic income of the famers’ net income are rise, and the family income is in a small decline. With the Eviews6.1software, by using the stationarity test, cointegration test, granger causality test, the empirical analysis results fund that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the export trade of agricultural product and farmers’ income. The export trade of agricultural product has a positive role in improving to the farmer’s income.From the empirical results:Zhejiang should base on the local development and take the most advantage of it’s original. On the one hand, it need to change the pattern of economic growth and accelerate economic restructure.On the other hand, it needs to keep on implementing the agriculture strategy of "going out", increasing the level of opening to the outside world of agricultural products in Zhejiang Province and to expand exports to increase farmers’ income.
