The Research Of Zhejiang Industry-Promotion That Relying On Technology Progress

The development of a country or region, is always accompanied by the continuing upgrade of the industry and the progress of technology. The birth of economic activities as well as the subject is coming from the scarcity of resources, also the purpose of industrial upgrading is to adapt to the local resource structure, in order to stimulate regional development better.30years of reform and opening up, Zhejiang has made lots of national economic growth miracle, showing its great potential and advantages of transformation from planned economy to market economy. In this stage, series industrial adjustment policies are effective in stimulating the growth of the provincial economy, including the fully spread of contract responsibility system in rural areas, the structural adjustment in internal industrial, the apparition of individual and private economy, the mushrooming of township enterprises. The global financial crisis in2008had an heavy attack to the Chinese manufacturing industry which relies heavily on the international market, Zhejiang was not spared. The age of post globalization followed also declared that the traditional industrial mode which rely on foreign capital and foreign trade is already contrarian, the demographic dividend exhausted, yet to break the pattern of international division of labor, especially in the eastern coastal regions, labor endowments gradually disappear, capital and technology become a new growth engine. In this condition, Zhejiang industrial upgrading again faced with the dual challenges of domestic reality and international environment.This study found that, more than three decades from the reform and opening up, on the whole, in Zhejiang Province, the role of technological progress on economic growth driven by far more than the capital and labor, however, the level of capital investment has been higher than the input of the technical elements, labor input and output are not clear, but the results of empirical research tell us, labor output elasticity is much higher than the capital output elasticity, which speculated that Zhejiang still remains a labor-intensive growth characteristics. According to the regression results, the contribution of technological progress on economic growth in Zhejiang Province began to decline from the 1992international economic crisis, the fundamental reason is that, the introduce advanced technology and equipment at the beginning of reform and opening up has lost their force after a period of time to adapt to the development of the economy and their strong contribution, even so, to spur economic growth, which still plays a key role. Therefore, in order to ensure sustained economic growth, to enhance the level of industrial structure from the technical level is necessary, to promote industrial upgrading by technological progress core, through the improvement and innovation of technology absorption mode, we can give full use and contribution to the efforts of the various input factors.This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter introduces the research background and writing ideas, innovative points and difficulties; Chapter II reviews, collates and summarizes the basic theory and literature, and sorts out the theoretical basis from the source and the structure; Chapter III describes the status of Zhejiang Industry Multi-Prospectively, and pointes out the severe challenges that the Zhejiang industrial facing in real environment; Through nearly32years of panel data from the various indicators, Chapter IV inputs perspective of empirical analysis of the impact factors of the economic growth in Zhejiang, highlights the exhibition TFP growth changes in the degree of contribution to economic growth, verifies the technical progress of the Zhejiang industrial upgrade necessity; Chapter V proposed a brand new industry upgrading mode relying on technological progress, including the industrial structure proving, sophistication and the value chain processing, and the organization and management efficiency, and developed specific methods of implementation and operation mechanism; final and Chapter VI of the full text is the conclusion and several relevant policy recommendations.
