Research On The Influence Of Technological Progress On The Optimization Of Guizhou 's Industrial Structure

Since China’s reform and opening up, the social and economic development of Guizhou has obtained the gratifying achievements during the period of the tenth five years plan and the eleventh five years plan especially with the implementation of development policy in western China. The gratifying achievement is the result of developing the province by relying on talent and science. So the paper empirical researches on the industrial structure changes of Guizhou aroused by technological progress.First, the paper introduces the theory of Chinese and foreign scholars on technological progress and industrial structure, attempts to analysis the intrinsic mechanism of technological progress and industrial structure. Second, Guizhou is in the early stage of industrialization judged by three criteria currently. And build the indicators, analyzes the current level of technological progress and industrial structure optimization level of Guizhou, and with a representative of the eastern part of Shanghai, Guangdong, Hubei Province in central, western and Sichuan provinces were compared, concluded:Although the level of technological progress and industrial optimization levels were tested in Guizhou obvious increasing trend in recent years, but compared with the other four provinces and the difference is very obvious that the current level of technological progress in Guizhou and industrial structure optimization level is still very low. Again, in the fourth chapter of this article obtained by the production function method to measure total factor productivity level of technological progress, by weighting the seven indicators have been integrated industrial structure optimization level Guizhou, with Granger causality, variance decomposition analysis the impact of technological progress on the industrial structure optimization of Guizhou from1996to2011, The study found that,in the third period in the future, technological advances of the industrial structure optimization contribution rate is15%.Finally, based on the theoretical and empirical analysis, make a few suggestions in order to promote technological progress, optimization and upgrading of industrial structure better in Guizhou.
