Farmers become the direct victims of the rising oil prices. the government should increase the agricultural subsidy policy to protect the interests of farmers and to stabilize grain production. The suggest about how to control the food prices is:not only to increase food production and imports to content the increasing demand of food, but also to consummate our food price monitoring system, monitor changes in the price of oil, increase farmers’ grain subsidies, etc.
