Apple is a worldwide fruit, also is one of the11major advantage of agriculturalproducts in China. Area and yield of apple of Hebei Province in2011was ranked fourth，Hebei Province is a large province of apple production In recent years. With the continuousdevelopment and growth of apple industry of Hebei province, the income level of farmersnot greatly improved. The main reason is the long circulation from the producer to theconsumer, high circulation cost, low degree of the subject of circulation organization, andlow degree of commercialization and standardization of circulation object. The study onthe development of the apple industry in Hebei Province circulation mode and the existingproblems, to improve the efficiency of Apple circulation mode， the realization ofagricultural income and farmers income has important theoretical and practicalsignificance.This paper read a lot of literature, and the on-the-spot investigation, careful analysisthe current situation production and circulation of apple industry of Hebeiprovince,summed up the current four kinds of Apple circulation patterns of HebeiProvince:“direct” mode;“cooperative” as the leading of apple circulation mode;“wholesale market” as the leading of apple circulation mode and “supermarket” as theleading of apple circulation mode; and use the circulation theory, and pointed out theexisting problems in apple circulation pattern of Hebei province in the developmentprocess.Apple circulation pattern evaluation of Hebei Province. Firstly, based on the view offarmers, use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the existing four kindsof Apple circulation pattern of Hebei Province. results showed, Farmers satisfied withwholesale market and supermarket two circulation channel; secondly, investigate thecirculation pattern selection intention of apple growers of Hebei Province, the results show,“cooperative” as the leading of apple circulation pattern and “supermarket” as the leadingof apple circulation pattern is the development trend of channel of Apple circulation inHebei province in the future.Finally, according to the development status and results of evaluation model of Applecirculation in Hebei Province, we put forward some feasible suggestions and advices, thereis great theoretical and practical significance to the optimization of Hebei apple circulation pattern.
