| As a major agricultural province of China,Xinjiang has actively responded to the national call and increased its investment in agricultural development and policy tilt.As a major province of apple production in China,Xinjiang has always ranked the top of the country in the ranking of cultivated area and yield.As the pillar industry of Xinjiang,the apple industry plays a vital role in the whole process of agricultural development in Xinjiang.However,with the rapid growth of apple production,apple has begun to transform from a seller's market into a buyer's market.As a bridge connecting production links and consumption links,circulation links exist such problems as high cost of circulation,poor circulation channels,low degree of organization and circulation of circulation entities,which have hindered the sustainable development of apple industry to a certain extent.Therefore,analysis of the current situation of the circulation of agricultural products,domestic and foreign research of apple circulation pattern analysis as well as analysis of the present situation of the circulation of apple in Xinjiang Akesu area to look for a kind of evaluation mode of circulation efficiency,providing guidance suggestions for the pattern of apple circulation in Xinjiang in the Akesu area is of great significance to the development of agriculture in Xinjiang,the overall improvement in living standards of rural residents.On the basis of reading the previous literature and summarizing the research experience,this paper first introduces the agricultural products circulation mode,cost and efficiency.Analysis of the current situation of research on this field at home and abroad manifests that research on the circulation of agricultural products,cost efficiency and circulation channels is gradually in-depth and specific,but there is room for further research in this field.Existing research mainly focuses on grain,vegetables,livestock and poultry,but rarely focuses on apple as the research object,and the perspective is less related to the comparative analysis of farmers in different circulation patterns in the profitability and efficiency of circulation.Then the definition of the related concepts and the introduction of the basic theory are introduced.Then,through literature search,pattern of Apple circulation in Akesu area,the analysis of the current distribution pattern by the wholesale market as the dominant circulation mode,to the wholesale market as the leading Apple circulation mode,to the supermarket as the core of the "agriculture super docking" circulation mode,to the logistics center as the main mode of circulation,to leading enterprises as the core of the circulation mode,farmers direct mode and electronic commerce mode.Finally,we use the data envelopment analysis(DEA)from Xinjiang Akesu apple as object,gasp the circulation cost andcirculation profit under different circulation channels,find relevant indicators to measure the different circulation patterns of circulation efficiency and finally find way of high efficiency circulation mode and optimizing the circulation efficiency of different circulation patterns.The study found that: The existing 5 traditional circulation modes have different circulation efficiency,among which farmers' direct selling and agricultural super docking mode are the most efficient,traditionally,the wholesale market mode has the lowest efficiency.Their efficiency ranges from high to low: Farmers' direct selling mode,agricultural super docking mode,logistics centered circulation mode,leading enterprise centered circulation mode and wholesale market oriented circulation mode.The Akesu area in Xinjiang should choose the management model of apple supply chain,which is mainly based on the direct selling of farmers and other circulation modes.Based on the above conclusions and the actual situation,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: first,speed up the construction of Apple logistics infrastructure;second,further improve the degree of organization of Apple logistics entities;third,speed up Apple circulation information construction;fourth,innovate Apple circulation mode. |
