Membership-based Enterprise Absorptive Capacity Study Of Knowledge Integration

Facing the rapidly changing competitive environment, it is a question that how does an enterprise realize the acquisition, using, fusion and reorganization of the new external knowledge and internal knowledge by virtue of continuous learning and knowledge creation, so as to build enterprises knowledge management system, all of whose worth concern and discussion for both the theoretical circle and practical circle. Knowledge learning and knowledge creation is a long reconstruction process,which constrained by several factors, such as absorptive capacity and individual’s knowledge sharing willingness.Therefore enterprises need to effectively identify and make full use of external knowledge and internal knowledge, enhance the stock and quality of existing knowledge, through the fusion and reorganization of knowledge resources to establish the knowledge management system for the long-term development of enterprise.Enterprises in order to realize the reconstruction and integration of knowledge is not easy, that is because knowledge has unique properties such as viscosity and difficult to pass. Moreover, knowledge is often embedded in the members of the organization, not every members are willing to share their knowledge with other members. In the Chinese context," Guanxi" is complex and diverse, deeply affect the behavior of the individual, and has gradually penetrated into the economic, political, cultural and other fields. Subject to the influence of traditional Chinese culture, the enterprise’s membership and its mode of action show particularity. This study take fully into account the influence of member’s Guanxi on organizational knowledge management system in the specific context of China. This study take organizational individual guanxi to as the starting point, explore the mechanism of individual guanxi which affect knowledge sharing and knowledge integration. In this study, Not only can enrich and improve the related theory research of knowledge integration, but also can provide practical reality guidance, for enterprises to fully understand the pathway and the mechanism of the organizational guanxi and realize knowledge integration.This study take the problem-oriented, based on the relevant theoretical summary and learning, choose normative research and empirical research combined, explore the mechanism of the knowledge integration through empirical research. Firstly, this paper reviews the domestic and foreign scholars’research about member guanxi, absorptive capacity, knowledge sharing and knowledge integration, summarize and elaborate from the connotation of the concept, perspective of the variable research, divided dimension and impact factors. Based on the related theories, this paper has defined the variable connotation and divided dimension. Surrounded the effect role of member guanxi on knowledge sharing and knowledge integration and absorptive capacity regulates the effect between member guanxi and knowledge sharing, this study build the model and propose theoretical assumptions. Then, use SPSS18.0and AMOS18.0software to do the quantitative analysis actual survey data, and verify the hypotheses of this article. After empirical study, the results are following:(1) Member guanxi and the knowledge sharing exist effect. The empirical results show that, three dimensions of member guanxi are significant influence the knowledge sharing.(2) Member guanxi and the knowledge integration exist effect. The empirical results show that, two dimensions of member guanxi are significant positive influence the knowledge integration.(3) Knowledge sharing and the knowledge integration exist effect. The empirical results show that, knowledge sharing are significant positive influence the knowledge integration, the stronger knowledge sharing contribute to the more knowledge integration.(4) Absorption capacity plays a regulatory effect between member guanxi and knowledge sharing. The empirical results show that,absorptive capacity plays significant regulating effect between two dimensions of member guanxi and knowledge sharing.
