Passenger car industry widely adopt to sales, in a single manufacturing operation mode, the order quality affect the enterprise’s benefit directly and meet customer demand, order changed is one of the main factors which affecting the quality of orders.Order change caused a great waste of human, financial and material of bus enterprises, seriously disrupting the bus enterprise’s normal production and operation order and caused a delayed order and customer waiting. In this context, how to reduce the order change, improve the efficiency of enterprises and market to develop ability, and meet the needs of customers, creating customer values, all of these are the important problem facing and urgent need to resolve of the bus manufacturing enterprises.The ZT bus is one of the4bus manufacturing enterprises as the industry listing Corporation which has great influence in the industry, its order change problems are representative and universal. This text uses the customer value theory and order management theory to analyze the value of each target customer demand for passenger car, and expounds the orders from the thread until the order tracking, order form, design production order until the customer receives a car bus enterprise order management process. Combined with the characteristics of passenger car production process is obtained in order to change bus enterprise and customer cause serious harm, through statistics of order changes that cause change orders. through the order change four primary analysis and comparison of the reduced order change measures and suggestions.Specific procedures of this paper are as follows:the first chapter through the background analysis, reveal significant changes to the benefit of the enterprise order promotion and market development and customer value creation, and carries on the summary of relevant research at home and abroad, proposes the research object, research ideas and research methods; the second chapter combines the characteristics of bus enterprises the customer value theory and order management theory in this paper; the third chapter changes caused serious harm to ZT bus order change status and order are analyzed, and the statistics of4main change orders; the fourth chapter of the unclear description, or change the configuration, customer or undetermined technology condition and the company is unable to meet the4changes cause analysis.
