In a highly competitive market environment,customers put forward higher requirements on order prices,product diversity,quality,delivery time,etc.,and promoted the gradual shift from make-to-stock(MTS)to make-to-order(MTO).From the beginning of the order processing to the procurement of raw materials,processing,manufacturing,assemblage,factory inspection,etc.,it involved many functional departments and many business activities of the coordination and cooperation.Especially in the order acceptance process,the order processing cost was too high,the production plan was unreasonable,the order price was not unique,and the order arrival time was random,which made MTO companies aware of the importance of order acceptance decision.Due to unpredictable changes in market demand,MTO companies could not accurately predict product demand changes in future orders.In addition,customer demands were increasingly personalized,and the order arrival method tended to be diversified.MTO companies need to propose different order acceptance methods for different order arrival methods.There were a large number of order attributes in the order acceptance decision process.The attributes affected each other,restricted each other,and the degree of influences were not the same.Therefore,MTO companies need to reduce the order attributes.Combined with the grey rough set theory,this paper proposed a method of order attribute reduction based on grey variable precision rough set,which simplified the attribute system of order acceptance decision and obtained the order price was the key attribute that influenced order acceptance decision.In the case of MTO companies accepting non-competitive orders,the customer orders actively arrived at the company,and the company's decision makers need to make timely decisions on whether the customer orders were accepted.Under the constraint of fixed production capacity,a non-competitive order acceptance decision method based on order sorting was proposed.Through the calculation of the order's comprehensive income,the customer's orders were arranged in a layered order,and the customer's orders were selectively accepted in combination with the current production capacity distribution of the company.In the case of MTO companies accepting competitive orders,the customer orders passively arrived the company and companies need to participate in bidding to win orders.Considering the three attributes of order price,product quality and delayed delivery,a competitive order acceptance decision method based on bidding game analysis was proposed.Based on the ideas of game theory and bidding theory,the bidder's optimal bidding strategy was analyzed.It verified that the bidder with the highest product quality and the shortest delay delivery period could obtain the maximum expected profit,and at the same time could bring the maximum utility value to the tenderer.
