With the mobile payment standards gradually clear, the entire mobile payment industry will make great program. Mobile payment is a new digital financial payment mode. The user can select the payment mode and handle basic financial transaction, public utility payment, online shopping and other remote payment with mobile. The user can finish consumption in shopping mall, supermarkets and other channels with touching a mobile phone terminal. The mobile payment industry will be a rapid developing industry, and bring more market opportunities. It is a big problem for managers that how to seek more market opportunities in this rapid developing industry. As a government official, it is necessary that clarify the entire industrial structure, and take effective measures to meet and promote the development of this industry. This can give consumers more convenience and promote economic development.This article studies from five aspects. The first part of this article introduces the background, the purpose of the study, and the main research contents and methods. The second part of the article introduces the related mobile payment concepts, including the concept of mobile payment, the definition of this paper, as well as the different categories according to different standards. This part also introduces the main technology of mobile payment, characters of mobile payment, industry form, industry business model, and parters of this industry. The third part of the article introduces the current situation of domestic mobile payment industry. On the basis of this, the article sums up the characters of this industry including rapid development, exploring different models, mature supporting industry. This part also describes the problems including hard interest coordination, imperfect credit system, the habit of consumers, imperfect related laws and regulations, technology perfection and standardization problems. The fourth part analyses the domestic mobile payment industry development environment including the policy environment, infrastructure environment, economic environment, technology environment and social environment. This part also points out that the mobile payment industry has huge market potential and will get a quick release in the long run. The fifth part is the main part of the paper. This part puts forward the strategy of domestic mobile payment industry, including the promotion of consumer payment habit transformation, creating mobile payment application environment, advance industrial specialization, construct the reasonable commercial mode, grasp the orientation of the government role, and strengthen the supervision and coordination of efforts, the construct validity of the mobile payment industry credit system. At the same time, on the base of the analysis of the mobile payment industry key resources, including consumer resources, account, payment, pay channels, and business resources, this part discusses development strategies for mobile operators, China UnionPay, commercial banks, the third party payment, other market participants.Although this paper tries to describe the whole mobile payment industry situation, and puts forward the development strategy. Because of the limit of academic research level, this article exist deficiencies in the theoretical innovation and research depth. This needs to be improved in the future research.
