with the development of mobile Internet and the popularity of intelligent terminals,mobile payment has achieved rapid development in China.As a new payment method,mobile payment is popular and popular among the public due to its characteristics of being portable,anytime,anywhere,personal and social.With the continuous expansion of user base and payment scale,mobile payment service forms and application scenarios become more diversified.Financial institutions represented by commercial Banks,China unionpay,mobile operators and third-party institutions compete and cooperate with each other.All parties hope to seize the commanding heights of financial innovation and service level in the market development.Mobile payment business,bearing the innovation and development of commercial Banks,has become an important breakthrough point and carrier of commercial Banks in the field of technology and business innovation.It is also an important strategic measure for commercial Banks to lead financial innovation payment in the financial market.Commercial Banks as the main participants of financial business and supporting body,in the customer resources,capital accumulation,policy support,etc have advantages,but in the process of the current mobile payment business development in our country,commercial Banks are at a disadvantage position,market participation rate is low,the customer experience is poorer,this and its status in the Chinese financial system cannot match.Taking a X commercial bank as an example,through in-depth analysis of X bank mobile payment operation mode,the development environment and the development present situation,from two dimensions of X bank itself and user needs,the study effect of X bank mobile payment business development restriction factor,proposed targeted solutions,mobile payment business of X bank more system development strategy and the suggestion,in order to promote the X bank in the complex market environment to set up the correct development plan,optimize X bank mobile payment business development model to promote the development of the mobile payment business.
