Real estate has become the industry one of the support from China’snational economy. After by two decades of development, the real estate market isgradually mature, increasingly competitive market. In addition to the products of theproject have their own advantages in the current market environment, science, andeffective marketing strategy program has also become a key element to promote theproject sales. Especially in recent years, China’s economy by the impact of theinternational financial crisis, in addition to the real estate industry repeatedly by thedomestic impact of government regulatory policies in many ways, the real estateenterprises are facing a new round of elimination and shuffling to open up in a verylimited market share their own living space, and the homogenization of competition inan invincible position, product marketing strategy is very important and can even saythat the success or failure of the real estate business, depends on the correct formulationof the product marketing strategy.To develop the right real estate marketing strategy, the key is whether thedecision-makers do deep research on the market, based on scientific and rationalmarketing plan. An enterprise of whether the product is sold, its competitiveness isbased on their own to create a brand, both interdependent and mutually reinforcing. Theright marketing strategy, corporate brand building, reflecting the direct influence. Thecurrent fierce competition in the industry, only to develop an effective marketingstrategy to make the real estate companies to develop products to withstand the test ofthe market and consumers, it has also become the significance of this thesis.This paper attempts to Blu-ray real estate project marketing the implementation ofthe project to the entire process from product marketing research and analysis of thesystem, try to work out a package of marketing planning system to a combination of a variety of marketing strategies through analysis and summary of all aspects of theory toguide practice, to carry out similar projects in the future marketing efforts to provideuseful lessons and reference.
