Secondly, on the aspects of urbanization and its restricted factors are analyzed,and the dialectical relationship between China’s urbanization and rural labor transfer.Finally, how to achieve the smooth transfer of rural labor in China put forwardcountermeasures and suggestions.Research shows that, rural labor transfer and urbanization in China is the mutual restriction and mutual promotion, in order to achieve a smooth transfer of rural labormust foster economic development and raise the level of urbanization and strengthenquality education, accelerating the development of rural human resources and the newtype of farmers; should standardize the labor market, establish improving the labormarket mechanism, and gradually improve the labor market information; not only todevelop, improve the system, but also on the smooth transfer of urbanization continuesthe fast healthy development and the rural labor force, the implementation of the reformand innovation of system.
