Through to absorb and draw lessons from the abroad and domestic theoretical results of industry cluster model; rely on field research method to collect first-hand information of Hefei, Wuhu, Maanshan city, where are more developed regions of information service industry clusters; refer to the information industry cluster model that belongs to some developed countries and regions of abroad and domestic. Through to adopt qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combined, normative analysis and empirical analysis combined research methods to study the Anhui province’s modern information service industry cluster model.This thesis based on the review relevant theory of abroad and domestic industry cluster model, firstly describes the meaning and characteristics of modern information service industry clusters, defines the concept of modern information service industry cluster model and analyzes its content and impact factors.
